"Reminisce" is a series that is born out of the collaboration between me and my rich Indian heritage. It's a visual narrative of the exchange that goes on between the two in my studio as I discover collectibles from my inheritance. New tales of the bygone eras are revealed and memories of the forgotten past rekindled. This concoction of dazzling Indian fabrics, patinated brassware, intricately carved designs, and their processes of creation that once seemed ordinary is the central character that comes alive under a subtle interplay of lights and shadows.
